Financing energy projects is one of the key challenges in the business. New technologies involve new business cases, which require interesting, attractive - but also at times more risky - financing strategies. Lately, there has been a surge of sustainable energy projects which are attractive in some of the most developed countries. As more countries develop the need for producing sustainable, green energy, more knowledge is needed on how these new projects can be financed.
Which procedures are relevant for financing large-scale energy projects? How is this different to conventional projects and innovative sustainable solutions? Which parties are involved in realising energy projects and how are the (financial) responsibilities distributed amongst them? You will know after our Masterclass.
Initiated by the Energy Community Secretariat in autumn 2015, the Energy Community Summer School aims to promote the development of participants’ competences in all topics related to energy through a dedicated multi-disciplinary programme.
Please be invited to this series of three Masterclasses held by investment professionals from Energy Investment Management and organized by Energy Community. When following this series you will gain a better understanding of strategy development, project development and project financing in the changing energy markets.
